  1. Over several years and several Browsers, ISPs I find a series of Mapping Utilities open to the same obscure location I once searched several years ago. I have moved several times and used several ISPs since then. I'm currently now using MapQuest on-line. It opens to the same location as my previous mapping util. Perhaps MapQuest bought some core code from that previous map server system. There has to be some persistent dat or ini file universal to Browser HTML based mapping utilities. I use CCleaner and other utilities to scrape off old temp, mru and various other dead files but can't seem to get rid of this old map page. An optional check box to clean out old map coordinates would be a nice addition to CCleaner. There is no important reason to discover this other than a preference for maintaining a consistently cleaned and flushed system. This might be interesting info as more people carry portable PCs with GPS mapping. Wil Indy
