  1. No I can not bring up previously browsed web pages AT ALL. The momment I navigate to another page the system dumps all the files that have been stored to display the previous page. eg. If I am watching a certain video clip, the momment I navigate to another page all the files that were used to display that particular page are gone immediately. I also tried to copy the Temp Int File Folder; After extensive browsing it was like only 3MB in size, while it is set to store more than 120MBs. It all happened the momment I used CC to clean my Temp Int Files. It's a very strange case dear Augeas & I really appreciate your help. Atleast, you are the only one trying to help
  2. Dear Augeas, Nothing on my PC has been affected, not the browsing, system performance, nothing at all. I used CC only ONCE "More than 2 months ago" & since that time my PC doesn't store temp internet files. It only stores like 2 or 3 MB at the most. While it is set to store more than 120MB. Do you know anything that CC has done to my PC, so that I can revert it cause sometimes, I NEED to see the files I browsed online, so taht I can save some, etc... Jesus, it's very frustrating
  3. First thanks for trying to help; To make things less confusing: I use the "Disk Cleanup Tool" to view the Temp. Int. Files I initiate the "Disk Cleanup Tool", highlite the Temp Int. Files, then instead of clicking "OK" to clean the files I press on the "view files button". There I used to see HUNDREDS of all kind files that are inside five or six folders, files that have been displayed through my internet browsing. This location is somehow different than going directly to "C:\Documents and Settings\Ziad\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files". The location of files that I'm talking about can't be viewed other than using the "Disk Cleanup Tool", as far as I know. Moreover, both locations used to store atleast 70 MB of browsed internet files "Now at most 2MB". Even that somehow they are supposed to be the same files consumming the same disk space; Yet most of the times with the "Disk Cleanup Tool" I was able to see files not in the default Temp. Int Files. Wish I knew what's wrong... Pls Don't hesitate to ask for more details
  4. I used the CCleaner to delete the Temporary Internet Files "Only ONCE & to delete nothing else". Since that single use, now the PC doesn't store Temporary internet files anymore. The Internet Explorer 6 SP2, is set to store more than 100 MB, the checkbox on the settings tab that indicates to "Empty Temp. Internet Files" is Unchecked. I don't have any automated software to run without my interface. Other than CCleaner, I don't have any other software installed that is set to delete ANY temporary files. I need to use the temporary internet files to extract files, & other stuff from locations like "C:\Documents and Settings\Ziad\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\XXXXXX"; after I'm done surfing. However, now the maximum size of the files all together is not more that 2 or 3 MBs. PS If you need more details PLS don't hesitate to ask
