  1. Hi! Thanks for a quick answer. Yes, I've tried "All drives" but that only scans the A, C and D drive. The I: drive is working fine and I can access it everywhere in Windows. The only program that can't see the drive is Recuva. It is a bit frustrating because I really think that Recuva would recover some files I moved from the disc onto a HD that now has crashed ...
  2. I want to scan an external drive with the letter I: Windows can see the drive, and there is nothing wrong with the HD. Still Recuva won't perform a scan. If I choose to scan the drive with the letter I: and press "Start" the program takes me straight to the result page, without performing a scan. Changing to the advanced mode, there is no letter I: to choose. The only drives I can choose are A, C and D. Why doesn't it work?
