Will that totally remove Ultra iso file (isoshell.dll) or just fix right click menu?

S.O.S.!! I Unistalled ULTRA ISO software, but when I right click on any folder or file I have option for ultra iso. I found in program files/ultyraiso/isoshell.dll file that I could not remove even in safe mode. Can CCleaner remove this?
