    Deleting Cookies

I have to delete "Adobe" in control panel for ccleaner to delete my cookies but when I re-install the free reader, flash, & active x it will not delete all cookies again. I cannot access Adobe Player as when it's installed it's not in the "Programs" but it is in the control panels uninstall. How can I resolve deleting cookies in ccleaner without deleting "Adobe's" in control panel? Arthur
  3. Thanks Dennis I deleted Adobe Flash & it's plug in and now ccleaner deletes those files. Thanks for your help. Arthur
  4. Can somebody please help as I am concerned about these files that don't delete ? Not deleting cookies even though its checked to do so ? I am running the latest version 2.27.1070 After running ccleaner I checked the cookies several times now and cookies are NOT deleted ? OS = Vista 32bit home desktop, Dell 530 Inspiron, IE 7 I have enclosed my screen shot. What really worries me is I do banking online. I also show under control, add/remove Adobe Flash but when I look for it under programs. I read the article re this subject but setting Flas Player but how do I get it to run ? Got any ideas Arthur
  5. I have the latest version 2.09, the setting was set to run cleaner when the computer is 1st started but it doesn't run. The check is not in the settings box on the 2nd time I look but it is there the 1st time I place it. Running VISTA Home edition with all the patches updated. Got any suggestions? Thanks Arthur H
