Ty all for answers I don't worry about the Temp files because I added the option "only delete temp files older than 48 hours". I found a way to faster clean- added CCleaner to Recyle bin and i just run the cleaner from there by right click mouse, so it faster and more comfortable.

First of all ty CCleaner team for this great tool ;D For me all ok with CCleaner and works fine . I just have a question about CCleaner at startup . I did that CCleaner starts with startup but I want that after it works in startup it will stay in the tray minimized . How can I do that ? If it is not possible I will suggest it to add to the next ver of CCleaner , TY.
