I'll try that. Thanks. I renamed it CCleaner on the desk top. What was it to start with so I don't have to reinstall again as she has dial up and takes forever.

I am trying to install the cleaner on my daughters computer. She usually has know prob. installing things. I downloaded and saved it to desktop. It just won't install. It start up with the normal stuff....then shows it's going to c/programs/CCleaner and that's it, no further. Tried several times. She has XP. Thanks..
