Hi thanks for the suggestions. I tried the various boxes systamatically and found that it was deleting Temporary Internet Files that was the problem. If I leave that unchecked it does not remove the URL from the favorite. I then tried deleting the Temporary Internet files from within IE7 and again, still no problem. Whatever CCleaner is doing to remove them, is different from IE7!

Hi can anyone help. Every time I now run CCleaner I find that recent favorites no longer work. The name is still present but the URL information is missing. If you reinstall the favorite its fine until I run CCleaner again. Any advise very welcome
