CCleaner deactivates protection for children!

Hello! (my english is not very good, i'm from german) When you make a registry clean, CCleaner deletes the protection for children! I have Vista 64bit, my friend has the same problem with Vista 64 & CCleaner. PLEASE HELP ME!
