yes it seems this bug still has not been fixed. this is the workaround: maually add the HISTORY folder to EXCLUDE option and then IE history will not be deleted. In order to clean custom files or folders, you must have Advanced - Custom Files and Folders checked.

TWEAKUI 1.33 automaticaly deletes recently typed urls. under IE tab you must check the "Clear document, run, typed-url history on exit" option. -
yes i noticed that too. IE history is unchecked and it still gets erased. it looks like a bug in the latest version. the "fix" for now is to manually add the HISTORY folder to EXCLUDE option : C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\History then the IE history wont get erased
