Where in CCleaner do I find the option to restore a back-up?

The problem occurs when I clean the registry. None of the files shown on the screen is referring to Outlook Express File path

every time I run CCleaner, all the contents of all the Outlook Express mailboxes are deleted. How do I switch this off? Hubert
