Yes I do have that checked. Could you please explain if most of the stuff is ok to delete and what it may be for? I am weary of deleting things in the C:\WINDOWS\......... folder.... Thanks

Hello, I have used CCleaner for some time now and thought it might be time to try and understand what I should be deleting and what I should not be deleting. I will attach my recent analysis of what CCleaner recommends me to remove. What I thought was odd was that I ran the cleaner and removed what it recommended about 2 days ago, and just for fun I ran the cleaner again today to see if there were anymore items from 2 days ago that needed to be cleaned again. What I found was that, it found about 1847 MB worth of new stuff as opposed to about 300 MB from 2 days ago. How could I have got that much new stuff in only 2 days time. And why didn't it find these new items 2 days prior? If someone could look over my log file that is attached and let me know what is safe to delete and what I might not want to delete, that would be very helpful.
