  1. I really like the File/Publish Snapshot... feature. However, I think there should be some level of selection about what information to include. At a minimum, select between a "short" or a "long" output. The short would incl. just the "hardware" info, whereas the "long" would also include all the software diagnostics and windows settings, similar to the current output. I think the "short" would be more popular, where people could use the feature to share their hardware specs without showing pages and pages of irrelevant or possibly sensitive info. Otherwise, BRILLIANT. Love speccy
  2. I like the Speccy publish snapshot feature. It's very useful, and thank you piriform for providing the server space to hold all the profile dumps. However, I preferred the publish output from an earlier edition, (v1.03), because it contained LESS info. Actually, I like both, and often the more information the better, but sometimes too much information creates overload or a need to explain to people where to look for the relevant data you want to share. Therefore, I propose Publish has some options, where each section (Summary, OS, CPU, etc.) can be selected to be included or excluded. The default should IMO just be summary, and then the user can "option-in" more detailed reporting to be published. However, to make the summary sufficient to ID a particular machine, I think summary needs to include the installation date of the OS, and also the NetBIOS name.
  3. I think comodo is blocking this through sandbox. I had the same issue (W2K3) until disabling sandbox, then everything showed up fine. So disable or remove sandbox. If you have played with registry settings, I suggest UNINSTALLING Comodo, and reinstalling, to clear what you have farked.
  4. Once in a while, I run a defrag across the computers (using defraggler of course!). Before defragging, one should run ccleaner to clean up the drive first. However, it only cleans up the files of the currently logged in user. Example, i log in as administrator, run ccleaner, and it will clean up all "documents and settings" for administrator, but NOT User1, User2, User3, etc. IMO, it should, or there should be the option to, tidy up ALL profiles on the PC. (Rights depending).
