"Limited User account or an Administrator account"? What is that? I just downloaded the file and installed it to my pc. That was it. Not encountered about these accounts.

I run the program, click the "Scan" button, the message appeared "Access is denied". (Refer attachment) I have scanned my thumb drive, and my C: drive, the same message appeared. What is wrong here? Please.
