How to: Fix the CCleaner Icon Deleter Issue

it's not one icon. its maybe 40 or 50 misc icons. -
Why in the world did CCleaner get rid of all these icons on my computer? None of the default image icons work on my Vista x64 Ultimate and a lot of other icons are missing. Is there a fix for this? I thought CCleaner was a respected app.

CCleaner messed up a LOT of my icons. WHY? They're all gone.
