  1. after you clean those files, you will no longer be able to uninstall any windows updates you have made to your PC.

     

    in other words, if you are 100% sure all your Hotfixes are working properly, and there's no reason why you would need to uninstall them, go ahead and clean those files. once cleaned out, the windows updates are stuck on your computer forever and can't be uninstalled

    those uninstall files take up a -lot- of space, especially if your hard drive is on the small size..

    so it's good to clean them out, just be aware, you can't uninstall Hotfixes after that

     

     

    So what is the purpose of having these clog up your hard drive? When can you be sure a particular HOTFIX is working or not?
