I figured it out!!! For some reason Visual Basic was screwed up so I downloaded a fresh copy. I worked but I rolled back to 1.41.544 to be safe and wait for the next update.

I have used CCleaner for years on this PC with no problems. Updated to 2.00.50 and it worked for a while but very slow. Then it wouldn't load at all. I would double-click on the Icon and the CCleaner name would go to the Task Bar but there is no program behind it. I uninstalled and downloaded 1.41.544 but it does the same thing. Please help. Thanks.
