I never have had problems with CCleaner until recently, I 'Scanned for Issues' in the Registry options. It found all of the problems, like I've done every other time, I click 'Fix Selected Issues...', i never choose to backup the registry (i consider myself computer savvy). I click 'Fix All Selected Issues' and the very first Issue is
Invalid Default Icon
The icon referenced by: ZAMailSafe\DefaultIcon could not be located.
Solution: Delete the DefaultIcon registry key.
Only problem is, it does not delete the registry key, in fact it does not skip it and fix any other issues. It is stuck on this one issue, I am allowed to Fix the 'errors' one by one, except this one. Neither 'Fix All Selected Issues' or 'Fix Issue' works with it. The program doesn't error out, it just does nothing involving the registry because of that one issue.
Perhaps you need an update?
