I have been having a problem using this feature as well, however I don't have a problem with the deleted items returning. The items I want to remove are never removed after I highlight them and affirm that I want them removed. I am running Windows Vista. I'm not sure which version of CCleaner I have, but I downloaded it recently if that helps at all. Thanks!
