Whenever I try analyse and do a clean up, the app will always stall when it reaches the following folder and file: /windows/temp/sosF.tmp Is this a bug or something. I tried opening up the folder and manually delete the file but it hangs that delete function as well and will sort of go into a neverending loop. Can anyone help please? Cheers David
