  1. Thanks for replying Glen. I manually deleted the file twice and it reappeared upon reboot. I finally used system restore, found a point before the file appeared and stayed there. Rebooted, ran CCleaner and file is gone.
  2. Hi Everyone, I've got a problem deleting a string that shows up when I analyze and attempt to clean. The line is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\user.dmp 0.15MB. No matter how I try, I can't get CCleaner to delete it. Any ideas, suggestions, links, etc., would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.

    iriverter

Just wanted to post back because I figured out how to fix the problem. I went to the "Applications" tab and unchecked the SUN JAVA box. I then hit the ANALYZE button, and none of the Iriverter files showed up. I hit the RUN CLEANER button and exited the program. My desktop showed the Iriverter icon correctly, I clicked on and the program worked. Thanks anyway!!!

    iriverter

Hi Everyone, I have a problem with CCleaner and a program called Iriverter. Iriverter is a Java platform video conversion program for converting any video files to video files that can be viewed on any iriver media players. The program is downloaded to my desktop and when I use the analyze button for CCleaner most of the associated files show up to be deleted. I have went into the options menu and put the iIriverter cookies into the "Cookies to keep" section. I then use the analyze button and clean up the results. I exit the CCleaner program and go back to my desktop, where I find the icon for the Iriverter program has changed, and when I click on it, it sends an error message saying the program cannot open because files are missing. I am wondering if there is any way to set the CCleaner program to avoid even attempting to recognize the Iriverter program or the associated files, therefore never deleting any of them. Any answers, advice, links, or other help would be greatly appreciated since I really like both programs. Thanks in advance.
