I got that same error message with the basic download. It was already named ccsetup140.exe not CCleaner.exe, so I know I can factor that out. The VB runtime didn't do anything whatsoever.

I did everything that thread said but nothing. I was able to install it, but the problem here is it won't work.

2000, is that bad? No, this my first time I'm using it.

Okay, here's what it looks like... Every single time, same exact thing happens and I don't know what to do.
