  1. We can close the issue. I found the problem. The following key had been added or modified. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] "NoChangeStartMenu"=dword:00000000 A value of 1 removes the right click context menu from the start menu (and some other things). Seems unlikely that CCleaner would make this kind of modification. So I don't want to blame it on CCleaner. It's gotta be somthing common between home and work. If I figure it out, I'll post the answer.
  2. I'm running XP Pro SP2. No restore point. ESC Key is not stuck. This issue started occurring after my first run of CCleaner on two different computers.
  3. I've seen lots of info about the Recent Documents and Recent Programs not working after using CCleaner. I was able to fix those without too much problem. However, I also have lost my Right Click Context Menu on the Start Menu. This is the case with both work and home PC's after using CCleaner to clean things up. Another symptom is the inability to click and drag items on the Start Menu. I was thinking one fix may lead to the other. So, in my search, I found the following http://www.jsifaq.com/SF/Tips/Tip.aspx?id=9568 about re-enalbing the Click and Drag feature by going to the advance tab and selecting the check box for "Enable Dragging and Dropping". However, when I go the Advance Tab and scroll through the list, the "Enable Dragging and Dropping" item is missing. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help is appreciated.
