CCleaner does not remove URL history in IE7 under Vista

I have been running CCleaner under Windows XP, so I am very familiar with it. I recently switched to Vista Ultimate (32 Bit). I have found that typed URL's in Internet Explorer 7 are not removed when I run CCleaner. In CCleaner, under "Windows->Internet Explorer", all check boxes are checked. When it runs, IE still shows any URL's I typed into the address bar. Is this a known issue? I have seen this problem posted by other users, but I did not find a response.
