I did use save and not run. I also downloaded the VB file referenced in the link above, extracted the file and tried to run it. When I ran the file I got the following error: error registering the OCX C:\windows\system32\MSVBVM60.DLL

I downloaded from filehippo which I think is the main site. I did uninstall and reinstall but it still does not run. Going to "run" and entering cclenaer did not work either. I'm currently only using winxp firewall. Don't know about any oter "process guard"????

I just downloaded and installed CCleaner after seeing a recommendation for its use. The download and install appear to have completed successfully but I can't run the program. I've tried clicking on the desktop icon, clicking on the item in the Start menu and clicking on the file from Win Explorer and none of those methods will start the program. Should I uninstall and start over? Thanks
