Hello, Every time I restart my MacBook, I've to reenter my CCleaner professional activation code. how to make that permanent ?

Hi, I've purchased the CCleaner professional license. The uninstall app feature doesn't work. Every time I choose an app to be uninstalled from the application list, a popup window appear with message "installing apps.." and disappear immediately, and the application remains as is and it is not uninstalled. I've M2 MacBook Pro 14-inch 2023 with macOS Sonoma Version 14.3.1 (23D60)
