  1. For the past 10 hours, I have noticed that my Office 365 account has stopped receiving new emails entirely. Despite regular checks and attempts to troubleshoot the problem, I have been unable to resolve this issue on my own. Given the urgency of this matter and its impact on my productivity, one of my friend suggest to me to delete unnecessary emails. However, he also suggest to archive my mail account and free -up its space. He mention the some Azure Tool of Office 365 and refer a automated software, Advik Office 365 Backup Tool. Now I am confused between two. I am reaching out to seek your advice and assistance. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any insights into potential solutions, I would be immensely grateful for your guidance.
