Hope you all have a great New Year!

Please assist. My Computer crashed due to a Windows 11 partition issue. I cannot retrieve my license key.

I reinstalled the OS and I am progressively reinstalling my apps.

Recently I have renewed my CCleaner Pro subscription. I have the proof of payment.

The email address on my Profile address was used:

I have completed the License Key request several times. I have received no response.
