  1. I thought ccleaner was supposed to speed things up! I checked extensions, I went into task manager and deleted all entries that seemed to not be unnecessary, I eliminated background and startup processes, defragged, changed the settings to leave my cache and cookies alone (thought that might help), multiple reboots, I have no idea how to fix my computer - also happens when I'm using other apps - Office and even Explorer/run menu where I'll type and have to wait for the characters to appear, defrag'd, my resources all look NORMAL and nothing is too high (perf, network, memory, disk), any ideas how to repair this without me having to reinstall an older snapshot from before the installation and cleaning with ccleaner? Win 10 Dell PC, Solid state drive 1 tb with 533GB free, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz + 2.80 GHz; 32.0 GB RAM (31.9 GB usable)
