  1. Hi I could not find the correct email address to send my request to support to have my auto-renwal cancelled and the subscription cancelled as well. As I have another product. In attempting to contac t the supplier Cleverbridge no luck. Could I ask Piriform to assist as I need to get a refund. My subscription was set to expire on the 21 Jan and the Cleverbridge has charged my on 7 Jan 2024 ahead of the date. Could support provide correct email address. The non business users the navigation is poor. And on the website you should have a way to subscribe , logon and manage your account. And Cleverbridge just be the gateway provider. And you should have access to auto renew or not when you login to your account. I am not seeing that process. So if someone could help me to see if I am wrong in my understanding. Regards Akela21a
