I do every correct step I have to do in order to register the product. The key was never posted anywhere and the problem is the same for Kamo too. I have followed the instructions given by the support team but still no luck. The key is not a functional one, or there is some kind of problem with the servers of Piriform. I also get an error with my email, meaning that it is not recognized as of a registered user by the servers of Piriform. But I have posted the email sent to me by Cleverbridge, which proves that this is the email of the registered account. I do not understand why that happens, it's actually my first time with such a problem, in years of using the internet as a software provider. I think that refunding my money should be a solution.
