  1. We have the same problem. We messaged Support from the Website prior to September 2 and got messages that we would get a response within 24 hours. We replied with several screenshots showing our subscription. Since we didn't, we sent a photo of their autoreply on September 14 and got a second case number. We still have not heard anything. Attached is a screenshot of our subscription confirmation. This is ridiculous!
