I am trying to create a support ticket for a refund request and cancellation per policy. The webpage gives me an error message, and the link via the consumer help page no longer exists. So I created a new forum account to try and reach out to support for a refund per policy. Thank you. Here are some attached proofs.
A little more detaiI: I was a little late cancelling before the autopayment for this product. I did not intend for the auto-renewal to activate, so as per the refund policy, I would like to request a cancellation and full refund of the product. I did enjoy the free trial, but I can't afford the subscription price. The auto-renew was an accident in this case. Thank you.
