Hello, I have been a user of CCleaner Professional Plus for a few years now. I am not totally satisfied with the program any more and no longer desire to have the subscription. I understant that I am S.O.L. for getting a refund on my payment of Jul 12, 2023. Your company has just made $49.95 from me for nothing. Thank you
