Sorry, I did not receive a response email and I thought that they had not responded to this post yet. It has already been resolved. It just showed me an alert saying it will try again later. After several days of testing, it has finally worked.

I have formatted Windows and now my keys don't work. I have contacted several times through the contact form on the web and there is no response. It is urgent!
