My situation is my CCleaner is sending false notice of expiration claiming it has been expired since 1970. I had it installed on only One PC and it wasn't supposed to expire till April 2023. I haven't been able to get any tech support or replies to my email, pus my last name on file is spelled wrong. No live support, no reset options, NOTHING. It's been a full week and someone should have replied by now and haven't! Also as you can gather this was not part of the Autumn Sale. It was paid for in April of 2022 making that the Spring time!!!

My CCleaner Pro I paid for was not to expire till APRIL 2023 but it has been expired in its registration!!!!!. IT READS IT EXPIRED IN 1970!!!! THAT ISN'T EVEN POSSIBLE! IT ALSO HAS MY LAST NAME SPELLED WRONG! NO ONE IS REPLYING TO MY EMAILS! NO OPTION TO CONTACT LIVE SUPPORT! NO OPTION FOR KEY CODE REPLACEMENT! IT HAS BEEN A FULL WEEK ANDS PLENTY OF TIME FOR SOMEONE TO RESPOND! Do Not give me nonsense fixes and so called solutions. You owe me either a new product key and fix for the registration or a full refund! I ALREADY PURGED IT COMPLETELY FROM MY COMPUTER. I WIPED EVERYTHING IN THE REGISTRY , APP DATA, PROGRAM DATA AND ALL PLACES WHERE CCLEANER HAS CREATED FILES, INCLUDING HIDDEN ONES. I DID THIS PURGE MANUALLY. IT STILL CAME BACK FROM THE ACCOUNT ON THE SOFTWARE ITSELF IT IS EXPIRED THAT EVEN THE SENT DATA WITH PRODUCT KEY SHOWS DOES NOT EXPIRE TILL APRIL NEXT YEAR! I THEN BACKED UP ALL IMPORTANT FILES AND DID A FULL WIPE AND CLEAN INSTALL OF DRIVES. CCLEANER SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD STILL REGISTERS WRONG! There are not other steps that can be taken other than Piriform fix the account completely, give me a new product key or a full refund regardless what their BS "30 Day Polices" are when it is an f up on their end in their system!
