    What good advice Imacri. So many things to try. And I can see what other software you use. Most useful. I'm grateful.

    I am a relapsed Norton user. Upon rejoining my install fails. I deleted all Norton folders and files and used ccleaner to fix many many Norton registry entries. But 27 remained which ccleaner refuses to fix despite several attempts. Should I delete these manually?
