It looks like you were a victim of the Conduit Toolbar. Edit: Sorry for the brief reply, I just answered another topic and I wanted to catch you before you logged off. Start CCleaner, then go to Tools, Startup, then look for the entry for Conduit. Then use Delete on the far right side of the panel. Hope this helps you out. - Derek
