BROTHER ANTHONY Posted April 8, 2022 Share Posted April 8, 2022 Hello I have two HP computers and both are almost identical. Both are Envy models, one has more memory and a faster chip. The computer on my left can download youtube videos easily. The one on my right cannot download any at all. Both have latest versions of CCleaner browser and also google chrome browser. The Instructions in your help do not work because there is no tool link or way to turn on or off the video function which is very important for me. Please help!!
