brendanxx
Hi, I've just downloaded the free version of CCleaner but now wish to uninstall it completely. How do I do this?
Moderators Nergal Posted January 23, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 23, 2020 Same way you uninstall any program, from windows apps or programs and features control panel ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators nukecad Posted January 23, 2020 Moderators Share Posted January 23, 2020 CCleaner can uninstall itself in Windows, just use Tools>uninstall and select CCleaner itself. However I'm not sure about CCleaner for Mac, it doesn't have the (same) tools. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Keep getting logged out of websites? I believe on a mac you just need to drag the ccleaner folder to the trash, though it's been a dog age since I uninstalled anything on a mac ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
