14.6 million deleted files?

I ran a deep scan; I don't think I told it to look for un-deleted files but that number worries me. it took 12 hours to hit 100% complete and then... sat there. I finally hit cancel and have been waiting for it to cancel for another hour. WHAT is going on?  It's a 2TB hdd, not an external.

Oh! It finally finished. Scanned 1.8TB. AND THERE ARE NO RESULTS. None of the files are coming up at all in the recovery window. It did absolutely nothing all that time.  Is this a scam, or a real program!?

It a real program.  2TB will take a very long time to scan with deep scan. You need to let step 1 finish before hitting cancel if you want files to appear iirc.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
