jgm3usa Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 This is the first time I have used recuva and was trying to recover an excel file. When I started the program it asked if I wanted to make an system image. I thought it would be a good idea so I said yes - it started the process fime but said it would take about 1 hour. So I left the PC to let it finish. Unfortunately the pc went to sleep during the process and while it re-started when I moved the mouse, I now have no video on the moniter. I wondering if recurva restarted making the image where it left off and even if it does, how will I tell when it's done or if it's expecting me to input something if I have no monitor?
