ronr34 Posted January 6, 2016 Share Posted January 6, 2016 Hi there, I have a WD My Passport 1TB which stopped working. Every time I plug it in, Windows 10 want's me to format the disk. When I try to run Recuva in order to restore the files, I get 1 file can be restored after a few minutes, but the time calculated to the finish, doesn't show up. It keeps showing "calculating time...." Is this normal? How long should I leave it running before I shut it off? I don't want to burn the disk or anything like that.... Help please!!
