Hi Stalxed, welcome to the forum.

As you have a paid version of CCleaner, you can contact Piriform support directly using support@piriform.com for additional assistance.

The commands you mentioned /update and /analyze are both valid commands for registered versions of CCleaner.

Please could you verify that your product has been successfully registered. Incorrect registration will prevent those commands from running.

Additionally, please could you send me a PM with the following information or send it to support:

1. Screenshot of the "C:\Program Files\CCleaner" path showing all files in the directory

2. The license key that has been used to register CCleaner.

Thanks.

The new job, I set up computers. Now home.
I do not exclude that previous workers have installed a pirated copy.
If so, I should buy a version that supports these commands exactly.
Could you check with yourself that these commands really work?
And what version I must buy(cheapest where these options are available)?
Just do not want to buy, to see that these commands do not work and lead a long correspondence with your tech support and wait for fix bugs.

These commands have been verified and work with CCleaner Business Edition and CCleaner Tech Edition. The latest version available for both is v4.13.4693.

Ensure that these commands are run with admin permissions to permit the log to be generated in the "C:\Program Files\CCleaner" directory

Cheapest version you can use this with is CCleaner Business Edition, the license is limited to one per machine.
