I have even tried to go to options and even include the temp folder and yes with custom files and folders checked. I have tried everything and it will not clean the Temp folder. Are you talking about the temp folder located here: "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp", as there are one or two temp folders lying about in Windows.
