dianatift Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 Hi, I'm new to CCleaner. I ran into problem post Registry Cleanup. After I ran Registry Cleanup the program said need to restart computer for cleaning to take affect. I did and once my laptop restarted I tried entering password to login to Owner Account, my laptop would start to load personel setting them immediately log me off. The screen switched to 'saving setting' then logs me off. It's a vicious cycle. I can't even login my laptop? Can anyone PLEASE Help! Do I need to reinstall operating system?
