vince007 Posted September 19, 2005 Share Posted September 19, 2005 When trying to run the Issues Scanning feature on CCleaner version 1.23.160 it doesn't do anything. Eventually I have to ctrl/alt/delete to the task manager to end the program because it is not responding. My operating system is Windows ME. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. vince007 Posted September 19, 2005 Author Share Posted September 19, 2005 I've let the program run for what I thought was an appropriate amount of time before canceling it, but I will try it again and let you know the results. I failed to mention in my original question that the window labeled "Progress" is empty of any information and remains so until I have to close CCleaner. vince007 Posted September 19, 2005 Author Share Posted September 19, 2005 I let the scan feature run for thirty minutes or so and it appears to have done its job. There were only three issues that needed fixing but it seemed to work fine. In the past the process took thirty seconds to a minute to complete it's task so I guess I was a bit impatient in my concern.
