Multiple Drives

I have a USB drive (F:) that I use to backup my C: drive by making copies of new and changed files. I have a lot of tmp files backed up onto the F: drive. How can I get ccleaner to take a look at the F: drive and remove tmp files and other assorted non-useful files?
