Moderators Augeas Posted June 21, 2009 Moderators Share Posted June 21, 2009 Yes and no. It's best to have a look at the Piriform documentation, at http://docs.piriform.com/
duvel
CCleaner supports all versions of VISTA : http://docs.piriform.com/ccleaner/introduc...em-requirements No answer found on the question wether or not CCleaner is effective on D-drive cleaning. Did you? In that case, I'd be obliged if you notice the URL... Many thanks Duvel
Moderators Augeas Posted June 21, 2009 Moderators Share Posted June 21, 2009 Only the system drive is cleaned with the normal CC functions. I would think that that's because there are named system or application files installed by default on the system drive. There is no way of telling whether any similarly named files on non-system drives are suiitable for cleaning or not. CC doesn't handle non-default installations. Files and folders on non-system drives can be included in CC's cleaning, but the entire file or folder is 'cleaned', not just temp files.
