Hi Mickel, and welcome to Piriform.

 

If you download and place CCleaners Winapp2.ini in the CCleaner "Program Files" folder, you'll find that particular area is covered.

Once in place, when you next open CCleaner, you'll find some new asterisked items showing under "Applications". These are the Winapp2.ini entries.
